Hubby has been craving Ramen for weeks, and we wanted a treat on this chilly winter night, so we got delivery via Ubereats. He was so worried his meat would be overcooked but was willing to take the risk. I wanted sushi and a poke bowl because I am a pig, so I got the A1 combo and felt no shame. The Korean Spicy Ramen with pork belly arrived deconstructed to avoid the issue of overcooking, which pleased hubby immensely. The broth was rich and loaded with spices. The pork was tender and flavorful. He said it was spicy and delicious. The egg was the biggest surprise, and he said it really made the dish special. My GMC roll was surprisingly spicy, with a chili heat from somewhere. So spicy, in fact, that I used the wasabi heat to counter the chili heat. The Taro milk tea was the perfect relief: sweet, cool, and creamy, with no Boba. Hubby always orders his Boba tea without the Boba, so he was happy to share some sips. It cooled his spicy tongue as well. The Rainbow poke bowl had krispies, which were unexpected because apparently I didn't read the menu very closely. Good tuna, a little fishier than I prefer, and delicious salmon. Masago is always appreciated, and mango brought sweetness and freshness while avocado added creamy richness. Eel sauce and spicy mayo sauce were served on the side so I could make it the way I like. I wanted the Volcano poke bowl, but it comes on greens and not rice. I didn't think to see if you can swap it out, but I bet you can. But I am glad I didn't get it this time because the Rainbow bowl was a nice cooling foil to my spicy roll. Volcano bowl on rice will wait til next time. It probably won't be long!

Service was great, the food was a bit disappointing. I got the tonkatsu ramen with pork belly, peef poke bowl and my son got the salmon avocado roll. I usually get excited for tonkatsu ramen due to the way the broth carries with the noodles. But the broth was flat either watered down or not enough of the collagen transferred from the bones. The pork belly had great flavor and was almost the bowls saving grace but the amount of bean sprouts placed in the bowl, made the entire thing taste like warm bean sprouts. And the ramen egg was over boiled(this could've been another savior if done well) The beef poke bowl was nice in flavor but the beef ended up being a bit cold(possibly due to the sauce on the bowl) My son enjoyed the salmon and avocado roll and it looked like it was pretty good. Most of the food was placed in to go containers when brought out for dine-in. Was a big difference than the pictures I saw before coming.

Atmosphere in here is great. We love the anime on the walls. It is clean and light in the place. The sushi and poke bowls are fresh. The portion of the poke bowls are huge. I would say equal to three sushi rolls worth of food but only 13 bucks. Would be great to have some spice options as well but still awesome without! We order sushi take out from here OFTEN. Recently, we ate in the store for some lunch (before hitting up BoxLunch at the mall) and it was so good. Love the tapioca boba. Hubby loves the dragon roll. And anytime we have questions or issues their customer service is top tier! very friendly people. This will continue to be one of our favorite places in North Charleston.

I was a frequent customer for 3 years but won’t be going back. Quality and quantity decreased more and more over time. Found I had to double check the order before leaving because they’d leave extras I paid for off every time. I use to get spicy tuna but they would only give a little, went down to a consistent 2 Tablespoons worth. So I stopped getting it. I use to get poke salmon but would only get a little. So I started ordering a side order of it so I’d have plenty, which they started filling half way with shredded lettuce. I asked for no lettuce and that was okay at first, but then it got less and less. I use to get edamame but I started getting ones that were uncooked and crunchy, and couldn’t be eaten. One time they straight up served lima beans instead of edamame! I didn’t get it anymore, got double cucumber instead. Until I got cucumber that tasted sour like it had gone off. They recently changed the recipe of the crab salad and tasted worse. Maybe a cheaper switch but not appetizing.

I have given them more then their fair share of chances. I have tried to give them feedback and gotten no responses. Not even apologies for all the issues. Well I’m just done.

Original review: Just moved here and was back in a week for more! The poke bowls are delicious! I love that they have brown rice for folks like me who can’t eat the white stuff. Also I asked for half as much rice in takeout instructions and they still made sure the bowl was plenty full of the good stuff. I’m lower carb for medical reasons so this made me very happy! I also appreciate the sauces on the side for takeout so you can use as needed. A little pricey but happy to pay it...

I love coming here, the sushi and boba is really good and I usually order online and sometimes I come in to get boba . The only thing is every time I come in there’s always this one same employee that just has an attitude, for no reason. I work at a restaurant and I have done Togo and I also serve so seeing this at other places is kinda sad. When I’m going through stuff or not having a good day I don’t talk to my guests/customers as if they are a problem when they come in. It doesn’t hurt to smile. I even left a cash tip in the jar and after she had a attitude I was tempted to take it out , but I didn’t because I’m a server and literally don’t get hourly. I assume there you pay the employee hourly . I’m still going to come in , but honestly if the one employee is gonna keep being rude and makes it look like she’s miserable, I won’t come here as often as I do. I hate to be the kind of person to complain because I work at a family owned business, everyone is short staffed and here and there is gets busy , sometimes people complain but usually about the wait not the way there treated but it literally costs nothing to be...
