We have been to the location by Tanger several times and had a great experience. But a few things bothered me at this location. Upon entering I couldn't find menus located anywhere. They have them placed at the front and past the registers where you effectively won't even see them till after you have already ordered your food and are on your way to the soda machine... If you happen to already know where they keep their menu holder, then you will likely have to squeeze yourself past other patrons in line waiting to order or for their food. Now going through that effort when they have big screen TVs at the front displaying the menu might seem trivial, except for the fact that the menu's text is too small for anyone to read unless they happen to already be at the register ordering. At any other point the screen is effectively blocked from view by the cooking area which extends out from the register area. The point is that almost every customer who makes it to the register is only just then getting to see the menu and thus has to spend time deciding on what they would like to order and holding up the line because someone wasn't bright enough to place some menus by the door... The soda machine looked dirty and was spitting out pieces of congealed soda sugar (at least I hope that's what it was...) because I suspect no one cleans it. They forgot to give us soy sauce in our sushi order. There were no plastic cups for the extra sauces and the chopsticks were literally hidden behind some ugly over sized plastic utensils dispenser... The ceiling tiles were really grimy and water stained and generally looked gross. The woman at the grill wasn't wearing a hair net.
No issues with the food. It was good. No hair found, and I was looking for it which is a negative considering that I couldn't help...

2.Genuinely thought the Teryaki Chicken I ordered was pork. According to expert culinary sources, the chicken was burnt, hence the inaccurate taste. The seasoning is pretty much nonexistent which explains why my meal looked like it went swimming before finishing it’s tan!🙄
The vegetables were so bland and undercooked, they were telling bible stories!😂
Seriously, the fact that someone has to say the most flavorful part of their meal is the partially burnt rice, is beyond disappointing! Not to mention the fact that people can walk in without masks and are potentially spreading germs into customers food. It’s a personal choice to go out to eat somewhere, and I acknowledge that risk. What is ridiculous is the amount of food which was wasted by these cooks to make my “meal” and that my money of course went to waste because I was unable to eat what I was given.
The location on Trolley Rd, based on my prior knowledge, actually cooked their food as indicated and didn’t create a flavorless Teriyaki chicken 2020 mutation!
Just save your money, time, and stomach from pain by going to Panda Express or one of the 1000x’s better Chinese restaurants...
Read moreI came in with a decent sized lunch order on 2/17/20. My order came out to $59.28 and was processed the same day. I realized there was a missing item from the order, but didn't say anything as I should have checked before I left. At 11:56am on 2/18/20 my card was charged $59.28 again. I called the store and requested a manager around 12pm. The young lady who claimed to be the manager told me the credit card machine was down and reran everything from the night before. She said it's pending. I advised her it was pos and removed from my account. She aaked for my number and said I would get a call back. I waited 2 hours and call back myself. The young lady repeated what she told me on the previous call and stated she totally forgot to call back. She then told me that I have to come 2/19/20 and speak to someone named Jack. I don enjoy their food but the customer service is lack luster. I will not be a customer at any location again, I will let this be known on every platform I can,and I want my money back immediately. Extremely disappointed!
Update 2/19/20: Still getting the run around about my refund. The manager claim they don't know how to an I would receive a call. 3 hours later...
