Unfortunately I cannot add pictures since the food is already in the trash. I ordered yesterday, I always call ahead to check if they have drivers, if not and I really would like the food, then I chance it. I know it’s through DoorDash, and I don’t order anything through them anymore. Haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut for a long time, since I have found Domino’s to have better tasting, fresher food, and more options to choose from, also they get here fast. So from Pizza Hut I had ordered the Family Pasta Deal, plus the Pizza Melt with Pepperoni & Cheese. The VERY Sad thing is, you cannot add anything to this !? The food arrived a bit later than expected. Each of the Pastas was left open, simply didn’t have a lid, surprised me a lot, and I don’t find it to be sanitary. The Pizza Melt was just put into the box, no wrapping underneath of any kind, which would’ve kept it hotter, and not tasting like cardboard. If I had only known. :( I gave a couple of extra Stars, because they did do good Before, and can still do better Again! Yes, often it’s because of the drivers, which they have no control over. Also, I talked to Elissa on the phone over there.. and she is very kind, and patient..! Please give this a thought and package the food accordingly, also be open for suggestions, and add ons when a customer wants to pay extra for one, or more. Thanks to all of...
Read moreI have been their customer for a while until tonight. The order was placed online. When I arrived, one of the pizzas was burnt and gave me the wrong items. Asked if the items can be remade and they rudely answer me it can. Then the cook on the back was berating me because of their errors. They took too long to fix their mistake and still treated me like garbage. I asked for a refund and they provided me with a lot of excuses. They remade the items but no so sure about their quality.
That front end person was extremely rude to me and bunch of customers. Their manager is useless and does not know how to act as one. One of their cooks was rude as hell and does not take responsibility for their mistakes.
That store needs to be refresh with a new crew. I worked in this and other industries, I get the pressure but that does not give the right to berate and treat their customer like garbage.
My recommendation, find another Pizza Hut, stay away from this one. Or even better, support local...
