Not a good experience. A disappointment at best. I had three hours before attending a formal event, and I needed a new bow and cufflinks. New to the area, I googled Mens Wearhouse.
I arrived and walked in. No one greeted nor approached me--ever! The tie table was obvious, but I did not see any bow ties. A very young man/attendant, with a lot of hair, looked at me from the chair he sat. It was obvious I needed assistance. He did nothing! I continued my search, and he continued looking at me. Oh! five hooks of bow ties behind a post. Here's the one I need. Let me try it on--young clerk, still sitting watching me. This would have been a late recovery, perfect opportunity to approach me and obtain salesman credit. Not him, just another look at me.
The cufflinks were in a case beside the tie table. I stood waiting for someone to come, provide assistance, and open the case. Caught 'young boy's' eyes again, but he did absolutely nothing--just sat there looking at me. I waited for one of the other three attendants to finish with their customers. I lookef at 'young boy', he just looks back.
After waiting an extended time, I pulled the cufflinks drawer, and it opened. It was not locked. I browsed both sides of the table and selected the pair I wanted.
Everyone was still assisting customers except 'young boy' who was now talking to a lady attendant who became available. I held the bow tie and cufflinks in the air. 'Young boy' saw that I needed help, for the seventh time, looked at me, and continued sitting.
Another attendant was at a register with her customer. I approached the register and waited for her to finish in hopes that she would then ring my purchase. I waited! She finished and wished her customer joy at his event. I approached her, tie and cufflinks in hand. She rang my $62.78 purchase.
I informed her of the worst lack of service I've ever witnessed, including the extreme number of times 'young boy' looked at me and did nothing. I found the bow ties, opened the jewelry/cufflinks table, and assisted myself without any word or ackledgement from anyone--except 'young boy' watching me.
I exclaimed, "If I had time and knew the area, I would have taken my business elsewhere where customers are respected and customer service is provided."
It was 3:46 when I checked out. At 6:00, I was on top of Mount Washington at my formal event.
Men's Warehouse #4507, I invite you to view film for transaction # 4507645435, January 28th, and witness the lack of attention/service your store provided, and 'young boy's' total disregard.
I will not return to this store, and I wish I had time then to take my business elsewhere. Thank the lack of time for my purchase.

Read moreVery underhanded group. Please learn from my mistake. I went in to buy a suit. The service was more than fair. Once I found the one I wanted I was told I could get another since it qualified for a two for one special. Excellent. I chose a Calvin Klein. I had to have the suits tailored so after taking my measurements I was told when to return. I went and picked up suits, even tried them on again and all was good. The first suit failed during the event I bought it for. The buttons were literally falling off with movements such as walking, taking the jacket off, etc. However, that isn't what was underhanded. I recently, a few months after buying, I opened the other suit wanting to get it ready for an event. All was fine until I looked closer at the label. It wasn't Calvin Klein. It seems it was switched out during the tailoring process since, as I mentioned before, I know for a fact I had chosen a CK. This is partly if not mostly on me for thinking I was dealing with an honest establishment. If you're happy with this place, awsome. I would still encourage all people to check and double check what they are getting if buying from this place. First and last time for me. P.s.: If any of the employees at this spot are reading please consider it's extremely unprofessional to bash customers behind their back while others can...
Read more3.5 stars. My most recent experience did not mirror my initial experience a few years ago. Perhaps staffing is the reason. The first time I went, I was greeted and I was able to explain what I was looking for. I was provided with options and their 'professional' opinions. I was very happy with what I ended up purchasing. The most recent experience, I had to pick everything off the rack myself. I was unsure of what I was grabbing. Unsure of what to do. I could have gotten the same experience at Walmart. I'm a pretty clueless dude when it comes to kind of stuff. I was hoping for a little guidance. When I was checking out, I had to ask "do these even match". "Sure, there is some grey here, and some there". I was just hoping for a little more attentiveness. I guess we'll see if I get laughed at when I show up...
