Ordered a collectors item from them, it came in a bouble wrap envelope and was shipped first class USPS. They overcharged for shipping and the product was damaged and partially open on delivery. At the very least, I highly recommend not ordering items online from these people. I would have been fine with this if they would have accepted that they made a mistake and given a full refund, also they didn't have an option to exchange it for the same item that was not damaged. It definitely doesn't seem like customer service is a priority for them. I will NEVER order from this...

Never called to tell me they didn't have in stock "but I was charged" until I called on February 18th! Then they say they have in stock and will ship it out two days later they say they don't have it I stock but something similar. They said we will send me a picture of the similar hat.
