Idk if this is family owned or not cause ive visited several times before the pandemic hit a d ive saw multiple workers in there... i went in right after that started and a woman in there wanted to have a conversation with me about covid while i shopped... it was all good till she became extremely rasict talking about how its asain peoples fault and she hoped " that their children would die".... it stopped me in my tracks and i said woooow that was extremely racist i dont think i wanna give this place my money anymore...she proceeded to yell at me and i can only assume she was cussing me in whatever language she speaks she flipped me off and told me not to come back to the store... its been 2 years and i havent returned... nvr made a review then because i thought it was small mom and pop type business and their store wouldnt even be online to review ... i happened to be shopping in the center and thought about this and decided to see if i could review them... idk just wanted to help keep asain people aware and safe cause the lady seemed volatile and just...

I have been going here almost a year now. I decided to check the reviews and most of the bad reviews seem just made up.

I have been to tones of smoke shops during my life and this has to be the most friendly and welcoming I have ever been too. Every time I'm in there it's always smiles and friendly conversations. We always share stories. Talk about where we would like to travel and much more. Every conversation I has or have overheard have been polite. Even when dealing with a rude customer.

While I can't speak for every product in the store the product I get has always been great and for a great price. Almost 1$ cheaper then other stores around. They have even done custom orders for me on products they don't have and have started making sure they get extra product that I usually come in and purchase to make sure they always have some available

Overall they have treated me like family and has always made me and others feel welcomed. I recommend this smoke shop over any other...

I personally just had a wonderful experience with this shop and I recommend it so much it's not even funny. I was looking to buy a new water pipe and had just come from the dispensary across the street. Their selection is terrible and they trapped me into a purchase I didn't want. So, I came over to Cigarettes and Gifts and saw they were closed. I was sad about that but then the shop person motioned for me to go ahead and come on in. She stayed open for me! She even talked me through all the different products they had, let me know there was a sale going on, showed me options, and actually made recommendations suited for me even though she just met me! Like, I was looking at dark blue pipes and liked them but found another pipe I really liked. I decided to get the other pipe, but then she suggested a pipe that was the same, but had some dark blue hues in it. LOVE IT! Thank you so much! You turned what was shaping up to be a bad night into a really good night....
