What does it tell you about this place with all these bad reviews that the management/owners have not responded to say they are sorry!! I ordered online and walked in to pick up my order. This lady was busy serving dine-in customers so I walked up to the cash register and asked the guy for my order. The lady handed him this styrofoam container that was sitting on the counter. He worked in slow motion, bagged a really dry nearly burnt egg roll, then stood there not sure what to do next. He finally grabbed a plastic bag and struggled to get the food box into it, tipping it. I had requested utensils and napkins. I had to ask for these. So, he turns around and grabs a bunch of napkins one at a time from a dispenser and threw the crumpled pile in the bag and tossed in a plastic fork that wasn't even packaged!! After I drove off to stop nearby and eat, I pulled out the fork. It had a tine broken off!!! He gave me a broken fork! Most places give you a set of utensils in a little pkg or wrapped in a napkin. The two entrees of the plate meal were all tossed together. The food was nearly cold. I tried to choke down the very dry fried rice and terrible tasting entrees, the eggroll was hard and inedible. Read moreOnline ordered family feast, said to be ready at 7:20pm. Arrived to my order not being complete, waited until 7:45 before receiving it. It seemed the teens running the line work didn’t order entrees ahead of rush hour and were heavily backed up from walk ins and online orders (lots of people standing around waiting on food) (also they seemed to order double orders on entrees to catch up and I worry for the waste that is created nightly due to this). A blonde guy wasn't wearing his mask on completely while he filled plates (pretty gross). Additionally they were taking down rings from steam table preparing to close while people where still waiting on food. I went to take a seat to wait and encountered a random wet rag on a dining table… After coming home we opened our entrees and to my disappointment it was all old soggy food vs the fresh they had just put up on the steam table… I was confused why we waited so long for old entrees (not even the chow mein side was fresh!) The online system stated that my order would be ready at 15 past the hour and I arrived around that same time. The person making to-go and delivery orders asked the name on my order when I got there. They were already working on a delivery order, but had a couple of people walk in shortly after I did, as well as the delivery driver for the order they were working on. Other employees (including one who I believe is the shift manager) were cleaning and doing closing activities instead of helping with the influx of orders. 25 minutes after I ordered and they had cleared the delivery and the walk-in customers; they asked the name for my order...again. Two of the items I ordered needed to be cooked, and the (I assume) manager asked me if I wanted to wait because "we're closing soon." I said that yes I wanted to wait because my order had been placed 25 minutes earlier, but the manager ignored what I was saying. A third walk-in customer left at the same time I did.
