Very organized store. Wish they had more booties and jacket options for bigger dogs. The slightly older lady was very pushy with me joining the “rewards” program and kept asking me for my email and number. I have only been inside Bentley’s once I get both my pups stuff from other dog stores. I was just looking for Booties that would last them better than the ones from Petco or Petsmart. So as I get to the front to ask a question the older lady asks if I’m in the program so I tell her no since I was in the store to see the options and she started telling me the benefits and i tried politely just asking if the booties could be exchanged if they didn’t fit my Dutch sheperd well. And she kept insisting on providing my email so that I wouldn’t be hassled if I did return them. Thankfully, both booties fit fine for my dogs so I wouldn’t have to deal with...

I've always groomed our 9 year old Golden Retriever since she was a pup, but since having my second son in late October and also having a 2.5 year old it has been hard to keep up with grooming her like I used to. I decided to pull the trigger on a professional grooming after reading and hearing great reviews about Bentleys. I couldn't be happier that I did. We did a spa package and Koda came back to us looking so beautiful and smelling so good! The groomer did such a fantastic job with trimming her in all of the right places and even gave her a pretty winter bandana. I seriously teared up, I was so grateful for the help! It's been days later and I'm still commenting on how impressed I am with how she looks. The prices were very reasonable and the timing and communication were fantastic. This is my first time in here and I didn't like the experience.The lady was at the register with a customer she still didn't even acknowledge me. A customer came in after me and the lady was still with the same customer, she acknowledged that customer. I was roaming around looking like I needed help, the lady walked past me to put a hand basket away and still didn't say anything to me. She was ringing up another customer and a guy came in the store the lady stopped talking to her current customer to greet the guy that came in the store. I didnt come in on my phone or anything maybe it's because I was the only person of color in there, I don't know but I left and went to PetSmart got greeted and asked if I needed help.
