Canvas Event Venue — Local services in Oak Ridge

When we were looking into venues for our wedding, we wanted that empty white box vibe and Canvas was exactly that! With such a blank canvas you can really decorate it to be any style/vibe that you want. However, the black and white, modern vibe was exactly what we wanted for our wedding. Canvas was the perfect venue for us, it was exactly what we were looking for.

Each area of the venue was so beautiful. We loved the way the ceiling to floor curtains separated the different spaces. We were able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception there and it all felt like its own space.

Owner is extremely unprofessional, I reached out via email and was responded with a timely response. We exchanged 4 emails and he sent me a calendar app to schedule a viewing. The calendar had no viewing times available no matter how far out I clicked. I reached back out assuming this was a mistake. He has yet to respond me to in over a month. The staff is not very friendly.The bartenders are the worst ,they dont even crack a smile .Lots of restrictions.The venue over all is nice on the outside ,but the layout inside is horrible.The company seems very money driven and could care less about your event .Ive been to many venues ,this was the worst .Management needs to step in and step up !And smile ,its not only about money !
