I was going to the barber shop for almost 4 years, until my appointments stop being met. Every time I get there he would either already be cutting someone and on top of that he would never honor the appointment even though I would tip him, I felt that he stopped having respect for me and my time the last time I was there he gave me a hard time for asking how long he would be an appointment, then he embarrassed Me by making me look like a bad guy by saying that I was rushing him I believe he did that because there were other customers in there and they were different ethnicity I also feel that if you're a different ethnicity other than black he will honor your appointment maybe he just got used to me but I am a pretty good loyal customer at least I was but the fact of the matter is he embarrassed me for nothing so he can cut someone else's hair instead of keeping an appointment.
