Bella U — Local services in Ocean City

A total rip-off and an extremely rude owner make this store a waste of time. The first time I went in, the owner stared at me and didn't say a word. I didn't feel comfortable browsing, so I left. I happened to walk by again later on and paused outside her shop to see what the name of it was, and when I looked up I saw her glaring at me. Surreal! One of my relatives decided to go (despite my warning about the owner) and bought a circular beach blanket marked at $34.99. She asked if she could get 10 dollars off, which the owner agreed to. As we walked down to the other shops, we saw the SAME BLANKET being sold for $10. We walked back to Bella U Boutique and showed the owner a pic of the same blanket with the $10 price tag and she just scoffed and said she could grant a store credit, not a return, and barked that we should have 'read the return policy on our receipt.'
