Whoever is at the front desk, IS the face of your small business while they are working. It seems like there is multiple complaints about an employee's nasty attitude towards customers. At what point does the owner intervene to clean house or retrain his staff, because clearly it is still an issue. Yesterday we sent in my 15 year old brother to take a look, which last time I checked was not a crime. The employee followed him around, and asked him to leave by stating "she didn't feel safe around people like him". The microaggressions displayed by this employee leave a lot to wonder about this small business. such an adorable gift and souvenir shop! we came on our honeymoon and wanted to find a small gift for our family and friends. all of the surrounding gift stores were very basic and mainly had shirts and very boring/stereotypical items. Little Louie's had a wide variety to choose from and also had the cutest and funniest little knick knacks. you can tell as soon as you walk in that everything was carefully curated and handpicked. it was a great experience from the moment we walked in to the second we walked out. love the atmosphere and vibes that this small family-owned business gives off! highly recommend to...

Shop has a great selection of neat gifts and souvenirs from very small to an old antique cooler truck! Only thing I disliked was the dead lock contact the cashier had on my 2 your old son and I when we walked in! At first I thought she was gonna great us but she didn't. We walked around for a few minutes and I swear to you guys I've never felt more uncomfortable being hawk eyed like we were going to steal something! I was born and raised in Oceanside and love contributing to local businesses as you can tell by all the oceanside gear I wear but this was unacceptable! Stop...
