Whoever is at the front desk, IS the face of your small business while they are working. It seems like there is multiple complaints about an employee's nasty attitude towards customers. At what point does the owner intervene to clean house or retrain his staff, because clearly it is still an issue. Yesterday we sent in my 15 year old brother to take a look, which last time I checked was not a crime. The employee followed him around, and asked him to leave by stating "she didn't feel safe around people like him". The microaggressions displayed by this employee leave a lot to wonder about this small business.
