Great selection and reasonable prices BUT their NO RETURN and LIMITED EXCHANGE policies are out of the dark ages. There's a small red sign not far from the cash register with lots of words and easy to miss. I got a gift for my wife so I asked as I was paying. They explained that exchanges only allowed for 7 days from purchase. "What about returns?" I asked. "We don't allow any returns" and she pointed me to the sign. That was unacceptable to me - this is a gift. By then my Visa card had been approved - and with my purchase still sitting on their counter I said "Void the Visa transaction please - this is not acceptable to me". This place is an absolute joke. We bought our son a really cool $10 fossil brand shark tooth necklace and the SAME day the wire broke and the tooth fell off. Brought it back the SAME DAY with receipt and the tags and was accused of intentionally breaking the product because it had already left the store. They wouldn’t return it or exchange it for the same item either. Was told more then one time “how do we know you didn’t break the product on purpose, or your son was rough housing and broke the necklace.” Such low customer service. This is a good location. Its a HuuuGE store so theres a lot to look at and choose from. They are quite expensive and have a very strict exchange only policy....not returns or refunds. Right now with no way to try on the clothes there that is a pretty significant drawback. I got a swimshirt for my daughter there that ended up being too tight so I ended up just being out that $20.
