We completely love going to this movie theater and it deserves more stars than this but last night the man checking the tickets at the door at around 7:00 pm was so unbelievably rude to my wife it made us feel extremely uncomfortable. She was smiley and told him sorry we're taking so long to pull up the tickets on our phones and he literally looked right at her, gave her a look, and didn't acknowledge anything she had said. Then he proceeded to talk to the people behind her. Then after that he told us we had to wait in line so we had to do this again which was fine but after how my wife was treated the fact that he was serving everyone else with mutual respect and smiling but not her was pretty obvious and we even asked another couple about it. Second round may have been worse and made it feel personal. He had no problem being friendly to the other people buying their tickets or being told to wait in the line. Anyway, they let us in and he gives us both a clear cut sign of disrespect when I'm trying to show him the tickets and we basically could have gotten in free this man wanted us out of his sight so bad he goes, "theater nine" and I asked if he wanted to see my other tickets considering I had only showed him 1 and I bought 3. He looks at me with an annoyed expression and just goes "Theater nine!" ok... and my wife was just like why is he being so rude to us. That was truly no way to be treated especially when we did nothing as civil individuals and it felt so targeted just for us because of how everyone else was treated...

Good service is what keeps customers returning ā but unfortunately not all establishments seem to appreciate this. Itās great however to report that Jacob provided excellent customer service to us yesterday - from his initial, smiling welcome to the help he gave us in identifying the seats we wanted for our chosen movie.
We were surprised when Jacob told us that heād only been working there for a short while, as he was calm, patient and very professional. We highly recommend that you take good care of Jacob and facilitate him moving onwards and upwards in your organization.
We enjoyed the movie (Companion) and will be back again next week. As an aside, one issue that slightly marred our enjoyment was the temperature inside theater 12. It was a very chilly day outside and it felt like the air conditioning was on. It was so chilly that we had to keep our coats on throughout the movie ā so a little more warmth please!
Once again however, please pass our thanks on to Jacob, and while weāre sure Jacob will move up the ladder quickly, we hope to see him again on our next visit.

July 26, 2023 @ 1245pm showing for Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning Part 1 in Theater 7 did not have a functioning AC. Staff did not disclose this upon presenting ticket for admittance to the show. It was very uncomfortable and very warm inside the theater. When staff was asked about it, staff said that the other theater rooms have functioning AC and that Theater 7 did not and a repair personnel came in but the issue was not resolved. There was no offer for compensation for the inconvenience nor an apology. Theater 7 should have been closed until the issue has been resolved. Theater 7 should have a big sign stating that the AC is out of service. Theater staff should have disclosed to each audience this issue and presented with suitable options. Operations Manager should have moved to a different Theater room with a functioning AC.
