I found Sacred Spaces as I was beginning my ongoing journey of healing from a lifetime of suppressed trauma-- living a numb, unfulfilled life. Kyra (and Erin) have changed me, I mean truly helped me dive deep into connection with my inner emotions that I have for so long numbed myself from even recognizing in order to function on a day to day basis. I feel in tune with my true self, much happier in my life, and so renewed after each visit. Kyra's energy is just pure light, beauty, peace and healing--she is gifted! Ive had the pleasure of attending a sound bath with Kyra, and her guided meditation truly elevated the entire experience. Her presence and voice brought such grounding, peace, and intention to the space, it was beautiful.

Ive also attended Reiki Level 1 with Erin, and she is truly magnetic. Such a radiant and nurturing teacher. Her energy, wisdom, and ability to hold space made the learning experience both empowering and deeply healing.
