At first I thought it was racism, but after reading a few other reviews I realized these people are just plain jerks. It is a relief, so to speak, because it really almost ruined the rest of my day. I was followed around the store and every time I looked up some young brunette girl was right on my heels. Then I turned around and saw the two more "seasoned" women behind me. I really liked the hats there, I am a person who owns a lot of hats. I bought so many at Goorin Bros. when I lived in Atlanta that they gave me a free one. Anyway, I was curious to know if the hats they had were Panama hats because they looked very similar. However when I looked under the rim it said it was made in China, so no...not an authentic Panama. Anywho, it was $150 which is average for a good hat. However, it wouldn't be in my best interest to reward someone for treating me with distain. The geriatric broads are training little miss brunette to be like them. It's sad. She said something to me and I did not respond, that is so out of my character but no response is better than calling them all out. I took my leave in order to be peaceable. Anyone who treats other humans this way will have their day. What goes around, comes around. And what is coming for them is already on it's way. I don't need to do anything. My friend asked about thrift stores in the area and one of the workers was kind enough to help her, she put together a list. However, she was screaming it so loud that it was disturbing to say the least. Some of the clothes are decent but not great. Items are marked up about 400%. It wreaks of "we can't afford to be here so we are going to pass that on to you, the customer. By the way...we also want you to feel extremely uncomfortable if we look at you and based on our ignorance decide you can't afford our trash." I will be back in maybe a year or two, when the space is occupied by Anthropologie or something like that ....

Read moreTo the E. European(?) woman working some time ago who graciously treated me like any other customer... thank you.
I thought I was underdressed for the boutique and was already "ready" to be treated curtly & coldly... but you went out of your way to describe the backstory and designer's mission/aesthetic for a handbag I was interested in.
As someone with a love for nicely curated, quality fashions & a love for kind people, I really appreciated her...
