UPDATE: my friend now is having problems with hers looking infected but we were just gonna eat the cost and move on because clearly nothing was gonna be done from it but Ashley texted me and told me she would pay me to delete this review I kindly declined until she can pay my other friends for theirs as well since they are going through the same thing but she declined so just beware if you get a piercing done here she was paying me to take the review down again I’m not one to bash on peoples business’ but I will if It means preventing someone else from making the same mistake as we did (below is a picture of text)

Typically I’m not the one to bash another’s business I understand that things aren’t always gonna go the way you hope it will but I got to say I’m very disappointed. Me and a few friends went here to get our belly buttons pierced theirs went good but when it got to my turn I was a little annoyed because she ended up taking a phone call in the middle of piercing me, then freaked out because something happened during the piercing (have no idea what because she didn’t tell me), then wasn’t really prepared and left the top ball to my piercing on the other side of the room so I had to get up carefully with her holding the piercing inside me and had to walk to the other side of the room for her to put the ball on. I thought my piercing was to high up but wasn’t sure because this was my first time getting my belly button pierced so I didn’t know if it was swollen so that’s why or if she pierced it that high or what had happened. I let it go for a few days because i assumed it was normal swelling but everyone I asked said no she pierced it to high so I went to a tattoo shop to get a second opinion about it and she to said it was pierced to high and that she gave me to small of a bar and should of gave us bigger bars to give it room for the swelling so instead of being able to have the piercing I paid for I now have to either deal with a floating piercing since it’s pierced to high and hope that after it heals I can go back to a normal piercing like I wanted and payed for it else I’m gonna have to take the piercing out and have it repierced correctly this time I message Ashley to address the issue and all I wanted was a refund because I wanted to go to someone else who will actually focus on me and not a phone call and she stated I should of came to her about it (which I clearly did and that’s how she knew about it?) and that she would only refund me $20 because swelling is normal which I know the swelling is normal and I never said it wasn’t? But it isn’t the swelling it’s pierced to high is the issue and then the lady that switched out my jewelry also stated that the jewelry she used was cheap jewelry and that could also be why it’s not healing correctly and just looking at the jewelry it definitely did look cheap I will attach photos of the piercing being super tight before I ended up going and getting it changed so just beware before you go and get it done and hopefully I’ll save you from going through what I did just upset the least thing she could of done was...

They're from a children's storybook that my Daughter loved, you know, the one they wanna hear EVERY night!). But we finally did the tattoos on a recent visit for her birthday. My Daughter went 1st, no big deal for her, but me in my older age & thinner skin & only my 2nd tattoo, I was scared. Ashley was INCREDIBLE!! She was understanding & distracted me well. I felt that I was in the very best hands. At the very 1st opportunity she sprayed me with some numbing stuff, God bless that woman!! She asked what my flight day back to Texas was & asked me to come back in a few days. She is such a Professional that takes pride in her work & just wanted to make sure it was healing beautifully before I left. How AWESOME is that?! As I understand, once you start with something the ideas start flowing on new ideas when it comes to tattoos. I think I wanna add my Children's birth flowers around it! I am VERY happy with our very special tattoos and will absolutely go...

Please save yourself, do not go here. I was her apprentice and left due to her stealing money from me. She shows up late to her appointments. Doesn’t draw period. You bring her a reference and that’s literally what you will get and not in the good way. She doesn’t clean. Her cleaning supplies including supplies for tattoos are expired. Her basement is harboring black mold. She will be extremely disrespectful to you for her problems.
