I love love LOVE the art. But the curator, Reed, is awful! Purchased a picture on a layaway plan. Plan really had no time frame or such. I never took the picture home. I live far away so I can't just go in and pay it. Then he was not at the store when I paid for it to take home during my lunch break. A larger print was out and the artist that took my payment could not find my size picture. The receipt did not indicate size either. So I was told to take the larger print and the the gallery would eat the cost if he was wrong. I was not comfortable with that but he insisted. I get called later to return the picture for the correct size. I live an hour away. I work during the gallery hours, so I haven't been able to return it quickly. So now I get constant calls. Plus he started talking bad about me to one of the artists that I know. I am a paying customer. I did nothing wrong! I now hate the picture I once loved. If he treats playing clients like this how does he treat the artists. Change the curator! Don't buy from him. He is also an artist there and always tries to sell you his art over what you are looking for. Kind to your face and then stabs you in the back later. I feel bad for the artists that pay to work with him as they are all part owners. You need a curator that has no special interest. I will not buy...
