Starbucks — Restaurant in Olive Branch

I work as a server, so I know first hand how over whelming customer service can be.I will say this location is always so busy and low staffed always! Either low staffed or the baristas are too busy goofing off. It’s especially annoying when people who ordered way later than you get their drinks immediately and youve already been 15 minutes more than people who were behind you than nicely I perhaps thought they forgot my drink or someone took it instead she got defensive about it and than started making it.

Anyways also there’s always so many flies in this location for some reason ! Alwaysssss flies infront of peoples faces while paying idk what it is about it but when you’re about to order you will have atleast 4 flies up in your face and...

I'm tired of being ripped off by this company. How's a tall espresso frap taste like coffee and a gramde taste like it jas a touch of cream in it and much lighter than a tall. So by the time you get to a venti, the color is almost an off-white coller with no taste of espresso but more like a caramel frap in flavor. Haven't visited Starbucks of any kind in over a year. Yet I get this in my notifications to leave a review. I will never spend another dime with a company as large as this one is and who blaintenly rips of its customers while smiling all the way to the bank. I always go to Starbucks for years and get cappuccinos and macchiatos, I was feeling a little under the weather and sluggish today and the employee suggested I try this hot tea, it's called Jade Citrus Mint with peach tranquility, it's a premium, lush green tea blended with hints of spearmint, steamed lemon verbena and lemongrass along with honey mingle. Because it's a t I suggest letting it sit and soak up the herb from the tea for a few minutes.
