I took my daughter to Hollister the evening before school starts to get a couple of last minute items. She found what we wanted easily enough but trying to pay for her items was a different story. There were 4 customers ahead of us and 2 more after. Although we saw at least 3-4 employees folding clothes or organizing hangers, there was only one young man (he was great) ringing up purchases. It took almost 20 minutes of standing in line to be rung up and on our way. The manager (Julie?) was called up to the register a couple of times to assist with a customer return and answer a question. Neither she or any of the other employees slowly milling about acknowledged the growing line or offered assistance to help the one person who was helping the customers. I realize it was getting close to closing and the employees were probably anxious to do what they needed to do to be able to go home but so were the customers. Aren't your customers time just as important as your employees'? I won't be waiting in line at your store to give you my money...

I told the manager however they brushed it off and said they already know about it and have had a work order in to have it fixed. Ok great they are going to have it fixed eventually until then let's hope they don't get sued or L and I doesn't come and pay them a visit or worse someone gets seriously hurt. I am thankful I had my son there who caught me or who knows what could have happened. My foot still hurts from it. It's called DUCK TAPE. Use some until someone fixes the issue. It's one thing if they didn't know about the problem however to just choose to let it stay that way until someone fixes it without any signs or tape is negligence. She pointed out to me that the rugs are coming up ALL...
Read moreclothes are so cute but soooooo expensive. customer service has always been a hit or miss here, none of them really check in with you or ask if you need help and checking out can be really awkward since i've had times where the cashiers just completely ignore me and talk to their co-worker the whole time or just stay completely silent and only say the bare minimum. it's hard to distinguish workers from actual customers since they just wander around, and there's been times where i feel a bit unwelcome in the store. also noticed that the dresses never really fit right, they hug my body really weird and makes it look like i weigh more than i actually do (if that makes sense). hard to find a lot of things...
