Cost effective at $2/day but the system is TERRIBLE.
You pull right in, no ticket & there’s large sign saying cashless so we thought we just paid attendant when we left.
All other signs are hidden, like tips of poles or around the corner from the exit…but apparently you need to pay at the box or download the app. So we had to back out of line, go pay then get back in line.
Again not the worst since it was nice outside but if they just allowed the attendant to take cards or had proper signage it would solve everything!
He also was RUDE! He said he “changes a lot of diapers every night”. If 3 out of 4 cars have the same issue…the system is the problem not the people!
Oh & we live in Chicago, so we are very used to looking for...

Parking attendant then comes out SHOUTING that we "can't just do that" after we exited. Meanwhile, where was he? Several of us were charged for an extra hour even though it was not our faults.
