Very friendly employees and they greet you as you walk in the door so if you're not expecting it they can startle you a little bit. 😂 I don't have a vehicle so I can't review about a water pump or their carburetors, but I have gone in there to get household tools and when I asked where I could find them they would walk with me to them. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about their tools. The prices are pretty decent too! And I like that I can walk right to the other side of my apartment complex and see the back of their store. If I acquired a car, I would have to read reviews about their parts before I used them because I partially rely on honest, unbiased reviews before I purchase anything and I know they don't give out free stuff, but you never know who's giving a review and for what reason. I have to say that she saved the day for me when it comes to my...

Eric at O’Reilly’s took one look and said whoever, put the battery in wire I’d backwards (was not me, it was the seller). I went home switched the positive and negative wiring, replaced the fuse and it works perfectly. I now even have inside trailer lights that work off of the battery....
