Frankie Jane Couture Bridal — Local services in Orem

We had a terrible experience at this bridal shop. When my daughter first visited, the owner shared that they started the business after their own bad dress shopping experience—which is ironic, because they gave us one of our own.

We paid $5,000 for a gown and another $1,000 for rush alterations—all due to their mistakes and lack of communication. We were told in January that a rush order wasn’t necessary to receive the dress by July. We checked in three separate times between January and June and were reassured it would arrive no later than June 9, even that they thought it would come before that day!

A week before the deadline—still no updates. We called again, only to be told they had no idea where the dress was. No accountability, no urgency, and no returned calls. We were even told we might have to reschedule bridal photos, which involved hair, makeup, tanning, and a photographer.

Once the dress was located (stuck in customs), they told US to call customs to try to fix it. They promised to overnight it from NYC—never happened. Communication was a disaster. They told us they couldn’t call us back because they were “with brides.” Actually, my daughter WAS one of your brides.

The stress they caused during what should’ve been a joyful time was inexcusable. I have two other daughters and we will never return or recommend this shop to anyone.

Update to Frankie and Jane response:

The seamstress we went to, per your recommendation, charged us $1500 for alterations, $450 being a rush fee. And again, we would have paid for the dress to be rushed to get to us sooner, but you advised us not to do that. And now you are being dishonest about the outcome of that advice.

Others spoke out on my daughter’s behalf because of your horrible treatment of her on what should have been a very special and happy day. They did not feel they could remain silent, and have others endure the same experience.

TLDR; I went to 5 other bridal shops in Utah, and Frankie Jane had the overall best bridal service and dress selection.

Right off the bat, it feels exactly like you would want your bridal fitting experience to be like. The store is SO CUTE and Tatum and her mom (who own the store) are the absolute sweetest and make you feel so welcomed and loved! What I was so blown away by, was that Tatum had already pulled 10-12 dresses for me to try on that we’re waiting for me, based on my Pinterest board I sent her and other inspo. The dresses she picked for me were exactly what I envisioned for my wedding day. Tatum was the best hype girl ever and helped me feel so beautiful and special! It was the absolute BEST experience. When my friend who got her wedding dress here said to me that this was a “one stop bridal shop” and that I’d definitely find my dress, I totally doubted her and thought I’d need to keep shopping around. But, she was right!! I found my dress on my first bridal shop visit! It was amazing and so special. Just to be sure, I went to 5 other bridal shops in Provo and SLC (including Pritchett and Alta Moda). The customer service at the other shops was no where even close to the experience Frankie Jane gave to me! I was constantly thinking about how the different shops compared to Frankie Jane, and none of them came remotely close. I found my dream dress at Frankie Jane and I absolutely love it!

The designers and gowns are very high end and amazing quality at Frankie Jane. This shop has the most amazing selection. 10/10 recommend...

🚗 Parking: Super easy to locate, they have a lot across the street that's free and nearly onsite. I loved how accessible and easy to locate it was.

👗 Selection: Frankie Jane has such a beautiful range of dresses that strike the perfect balance between whimsical and classic without feeling over the top. The dresses give a nod to those traditional cuts and shapes while keeping a fresh, modern vibe. All the designers were truly top tier—unique pieces that felt so special! I really appreciated how attentive they were to my personal style, and I felt like every dress I tried on was a true reflection of my vision/vibe/personality. I found my dress at Frankie Jane and I'm SO SO excited.

💗 Service + Ambiance: The studio is stunningly decorated, with a warm, welcoming feel. I absolutely loved having my own little area to get ready. I came in the morning, and the natural light was perfect for really seeing how the dresses looked—it made everything feel even more magical!
