Im from out of town, and long story short: after a bad drop, my phone started showing the temperature message, I was lucky I had another phone at the time that Ive been using since then, but I still needed my info for work, so I visited a couple different phone repair shops during January, but none of them was able to fix my issue. I didn’t know what to do, I googled for help and came to Cell again last week and first I was skeptical, but I met miss Emily who is the store manager and such a nice knowledgeable lady with lot of experience with phones, and you can tell by the way she speaks about her work. She told me what could’ve happened (the other places I’ve visited before did not mention it at all) it was an issue with my wireless charger connection inside the phone, they ordered the new piece for me. So today I came back and they had the new piece for my phone, it only took 30min!! now the issue is gone!! she repaired my Iphone so smoothly!! Read moreI’d give zero stars if I could. DO NOT take your phone here. I went to get my screen fixed and sure, my screen is no longer cracked but now the technology of my phone is completely busted. I can’t scroll, click or type. Everything I click, something else is selected. The entire phone no longer works and all they want to do about it is replace the screen again. After they busted the interior of my phone, the last time I’m going to do is give them my phone again. I asked for a refund since I now need a whole new phone, they said they don’t give refunds. I asked if I let them replace my screen AGAIN and if my phone was still messed up if I’d get a refund at that point and they still said NO. Like what?! They ruin my phone but won’t ever give refunds?? I asked for a manager and they told me they don’t have one….? I asked for an email to contact and they told me they can’t give out that information? I brought my iPhone here on July 1st, and only after I paid did they tell me the replacement screen was generic. Since then, my phone has developed new problems—Face ID no longer works, the battery was damaged, and the touch screen started failing often.
When I returned, the service was disappointing. The employee who worked on my phone seemed annoyed with me the entire time, was constantly on her own phone instead of focusing on my repair, and never even apologized for the issues. She also didn’t provide a receipt, which makes the warranty difficult to use. This attitude made me feel disrespected as a customer. Horrible customer service.
