AMAZING customer service and they do such an amazing job at fantastic prices!!

I shattered the screen on my phone when falling down some cement stairs and immediately took it to Tricked out Accessories since I didnt want my daughter or myself getting glass in our fingers if we try to use it (even tho I thought it was a goner and they would say there is nothing they could do to help) boy was I wrong! I came into the store nearly in tears from a hard day/week (dropping the phone was the icing on the cake) I also only had $10 to my name so I was pretty sure there was nothing they could do especially with that amount of money on me. I gave my phone to the guy at the counter asking if he could do anything to help and I explained my money situation and how I was worried about the pieces of shattered screen getting into my daughters fingers, and after taking a detailed look at it he looked up and smiled and said "no worries, if it's okay with you can we take a look at it a little longer about 10 min and come back?" Of course I agreed and left feeling a little better but not very hopeful, especially how badly damaged the cement steps caused. I came back 10 min later to my surprise they put on a screen protector and I was able to see so much more clearly already without any pieces getting into my hands! I asked how much and they said "don't worry about it," I was in shock how amazing that was and how much that meant to me! I was going to have to choose between getting my daughter dinner or getting something on my phone but they made it so I could do both!! Then he told me he would be able to fix it (I honestly thought it was unfixable) he would just have to order the part. He asked if I would be interested and that it would cost around $100 and I said, "Yes please! But I don't have any money right now" (normally they have to get the money down before ordering a part in case someone orders a part then ends up pulling a no show which completely makes sense and what I would do as a business as well) but knowing my situation they said not to worry, they would order the part and call me the minute it comes in amd i can pay then. Wow I was nearly in tears but this time with gratitude they had completely turned my day around! Then they gave me a 10% off coupon to use when I came in to get it fixed and said have a nice day! I then took my daughter to buy her dinner and the outlook on everything had improved SO much! It was a short week later they called and said the part had arrived and I could come in and schedule to get it fixed anytime! (during that week the screen protector worked like magic and never gave me any problems) besides the fact it was still shattered underneath but that was why they ordered the part lol. So on my appointment day I brought it feeling a lot better about the situation but still very fearful they would say it was too badly damaged. Again so wrong! An hour later my phone looked and worked as good as new! They also took the 10% off after I accidentally lost the coupon (I didn't expect that either) and said the screen has a life long protection and if I ever broke the screen again (the part they had to order) I just have to bring it back and they will happily fix it! I was thrilled!! I went in thinking I would need a new phone to feel like I had a new phone after the amazing job they did!! It meant so much to me all the kindness and understanding they had shown me turned not only my day around, but the whole week and more since I'm typing all of this on the exact phone that was shattered just a couple of weeks ago! I appreciate all that they did more than they will ever know!!

While traveling in Honolulu, Hawaii, I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S4 and the screen cracked in one corner. For those of you who know how the S4s work, once one crack occurs, the whole screen becomes basically useless. I drove to the ATT store at the Ala Moana Shopping Center to see what they could do for me. It was close to 9pm HI time and they were about to close. I was planning on just buying a brand new phone but the sales rep said that they were the last ATT store open in the entire country and the system wouldn't allow for my new phone to work that same night anyway, resulting in him instructing me to come back the next morning. So I walked out of the store and made a left towards my car. Like a scene out of a movie, I stumbled upon TRICKED OUT ACCESSORIES a few doors down and decided to give them a shot. I wasn't initially expected any great help, but Tory was fantastic. He offered to stay open for me past closing time to get my screen replaced. It wasn't a cheap fix but he replaced the screen/digitizer and I was able to call and check my texts. Their service was exceptional.

I flew back to California a couple days later and while descending into my local airport, I unplugged my earphones and tried to power down my phone. The digitizer/sensing didn't work. I could see everything on the screen and the hard home button worked. But no touch sensing on the screen itself. Being in CA, there are no TRICKED OUT stores. But I contacted their customer service and ultimately reached their GM Mike. Mike instructed me to send the phone back to their UTAH location for an examination of the issue and he established that the issue was not my fault but the product's. It was a quick turnaround and I was without my primary phone for a short few days. I had an old 3G iPhone from 2008 that kept me connected without all the app nonsense!!! It was quite refreshing actually to only have text and voice for a short time.

What a GREAT experience!! I love this store and the workers are always so nice! Eduardo was amazing! Here the whole story: just before the pandemic I went to the Fashion Place Mall looking for a Tricked Out stand. Not being familiar with that place and thinking it was in that area I asked these people from a different stand where Tricked Out was and they said that they had gone out of business! I was shocked and bummed! How could they have gone out of business???? They insisted that they would honor the membership I had with Tricked Out and replace the glass screen, then they up sold me the case and the ring. The glass and the ring broke within days! I went there and they were closed because of the virus. I called them all the time and they never answered. Still now when I go back they are not there! Two days ago I happened to be at the University mall just to discovery that Tricked Out was never out of business. Those people scammed me and lied to me! I was frustrated and relieved to see that they were opened. I explained the situation to Eduardo and he was amazing and wonderful!!!
