EDIT RESPONSE DUE TO BUSINESS RESPONSE: I believe people make mistakes. I wouldn't have scored the review the way I did if you wouldn't have given us such a hard time to remake our food. You didn't want to remake it. You wanted us to keep the food you messed up on and give us 1 free entree and drink. All we wanted was for you to remake our order but we have to have the front people go back to you 3 times. All you had to say was I apologize for the mistake. I can remake that order for you. But you are not being honest in your response. Yes you gave us the food you messed up on and remade the food after we had to keep asking for you to remake it. Own up and fix the mistake and all will be well. I would have at least given 4 stars if you corrected it right away. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Really disappointed with the customer service. Drove from Payson to get boba and food. When we got back home we realized they did not give us our correct order. Called them and drove all the way back because we love this place. We have referred many people here. We get to the place and they offer us 2 free entrees and we ask to just remake it. They then come back and say we only get 1 free entree and a drink. We asked if they could just give us what we ordered and after going back 3 times to talk to the manager… they finally said yes. All we wanted was our food and maybe a little compensation for us driving back to fix the order. I will say the people at the counter were nice but the manager needs to do what’s right when you mess up.

I will say the drinks are amazing and the food is good. The crispy pork is a little too dry but the eggrolls and wings were so good. How you treat people is how you will be remembered and overshadows the food and drink. So I can only...

First and LAST time coming here. My sum up:

1. Boba drinks are way overpriced - $6.75 quality isn't delivered. Some tea are even $7.25...
2. Food quantity may be good but the quality is missing plus food handling is a problem. I got food poisoning from their fried shrimp snack that came out after 5 mins of ordering. Recovered 3 days later, paid so much for my weekend.

Popcorn shrimp and brown sugar milk with boba are $6.75 each. The drink is nothing like their ads pictures except their cups are tall. Syrup overflow. It just tasted like a water syrup drink without any creamy flavor or consistency. For a drink over $5, and you pay extra for boba, I expected the boba to be filled at the bottom. But NOPE. You're lucky to get more than 10. The boba weren't so mild in flavor. They are usually soaked in brown sugar syrup before being added to the drink, but they aren't even flavored at this place.

Popcorn shrimp tasted good when I had it and the portion was good for $6.75, BUT it's not good if it gives you FOOD POISONING.

It's a bummer to have this experience because I had looked forward to it after receiving some high recommendations from a few friends about Boba Luv and their boba drinks. For $6.75, I was hoping for a decent quality of drinks. But this is the most expensive and worst boba drink I've ever had in Utah.

I'm actually obsessed with boba luv. I come here far more than I should, but I just love their boba! My personal favorites are Taro Heaven, the Brown Sugar boba, and a classic milk tea. The Piña Colada drink is really good as well, but you need to remember to add the boba to that one if you want it. Their boba is also very warm and chewy! I know a couple boba plaxes around here sometimes have hard boba, but I dont think I've had that problem here. This place is great for people who are new to the boba experience since they have a good selection of in-house specials to choose from. They also have the option to make your own drink. It's really easy to so since everything is written out to clearly. The staff is also very friendly! I've never had any problems ordering or getting my drinks quickly. They're very polite and patient, which is always nice. The final thing that makes this please so fun is that they have a couple tables and also some comfy chairs and a couch where you can play card games! They've got a little rack with games that you can just pick up and play while you're there. It's a really fun, tasty little activity to do with a small group of friends if you need to blow an hour or so.
