I went in on Thursday, December 22nd to pick up a quick side gift for my wife. I explained that she may want to return it so she can possibly get something else that she may need. The guy said that would be fine. Sure enough she already had a toe ring and wanted to get something she needed instead. I go to return the ring and the girl said no returns. I told her that the guy I dealt with before said I could return it. She pointed to a sign that was obscure and hardly visible on the register that is behind the counter that said no refunds. I took it to a few Jewelry dealers who either told me it was unrepairable or would cost more than the value of the metal to repair. I don’t normally post reviews, but this guy was so good that I had to. He never rushed me, even though there were other customers, and asked me how I was and got to know me. He seemed liked he cared.
