I had the most amazing experience at this Morgan Jewelers. Cheyanna and other members of the team went above and beyond my expectations to help me. My wife lost her wedding ring, which she'd worn since I proposed to her nearly 22 years ago. We were both so upset about her losing it. I went to the store to see if we could possibly replace it. The initial response was that it had been so long ago that they didn't have the records. They could find my name, but not the actual design of the ring.

Cheyanna didn't give up. She went to work for me and called headquarters to see what they could do. She was so persistent! Eventually she found the right department and was able to find the mold for my wife's ring. She called me with the good news, and we immediately ordered the replacement ring. They didn't know me so I believe they'll work this hard for anyone. My wife has her ring back and Morgan Jewlers in the University Place mall has earned a customer for life. Thank you...

Unacceptable, I have visited the store nine times to have my ring repaired, and on two separate occasions, I was informed that I could exchange my ring for an item of similar value. Two witnesses have corroborated this claim. During my most recent visit, I was prepared to make the exchange, but the manager refused, citing that they do not offer such a service. Despite my presentation of the witnesses’ accounts, he remained unapologetic and reiterated his denial. Given this repeated disregard for my concerns and the on going damage to my ring due to the prongs, I will no longer patronize this establishment. The fact that I had a warranty on the ring further exacerbates the situation. I have never had this many issues with a ring. We went to Morgan jewelers for a pink sapphire ring. We asked the sales clerk if we look at one, however he showed us a ruby instead. And then blatantly told us we didn’t know what we were looking for because we wanted pink and not red. He said Ruby‘s are naturally pink, then quickly put the ring away and said “I need to close out my register, and abruptly turned away. This is not the usual service we have received. My husband has bought me jewelry from Morgan Jewelry for the past 20 years. We kept looking on our own and another sales clerk, Annette offered to show us rings, showing us different styles and informed us of custom designs. She was wonderful to work with. Very courteous.
