If you are looking for an amazing quesa birria, this is your place. I was so happy! I've been trying to find a good restaurant that has quesa barria, and after 6 different restaurants, this is the one that did it!! I've also ordered a taco there, which also tasted good, but I love the crispiness of the quesa birria. At first it was a little bit softer, I asked him if they could crisp it up a little bit more, which they happily did. They totally understood what I wanted and were fine to personalize my order. My husband and I come here about once every 2 weeks. We literally drive to the mall just to eat these tacos. The al pastor with the green sauce is literally the best tacos in Utah. Warning though, the sauce is definitely hot. Pairs well with the pineapple that comes with it. I love that they have yellow corn tortillas instead of white as well.
