Iâm only giving one star because I have to in order to leave a review. Upon entering this store not one employee said hello or can I help you, not one of them even made eye contact as I stood at the counter until I said excuse me, could you tell me if you have more than one of the chairs sitting up front, the response was what chair? I told her to come look with me, she responds with, we might be able to order it, wonderful, sounds good, I assumed she was going back to the counter to look it up, nope, she went back to what she was doing so I said can you look it up?? Again, without eye contact she walks to the computer and looks it up, I pay for them all without her making eye contact, I asked her if this was their customary treatment of customers, her response was, itâs truck day, I told her a simple âIâm sorry you werenât greetedâ Will do, she mumbled a less than sincere âsorryâ with still no eye contact, when asked if there was a manager she said she was the assistant manager and the manager was the âshorter ladyâ walking around the store, when my daughter tried to find her she wasnât out on the floor. Then my daughter tells me it was the manager that glared at my grandkids every time she walked by. Iâm not sure what their problem is but I wouldnât go back to that store if...
   Read moreThis review doesnât reflect the quality of the products that are sold at the store, rather a few of the associates that work there. Every time I have been in this location I have been met with glares from one sales person in particular. She is very hostile not only with customers, but also some unspoken tension with her coworkers. I went to make a return the other day and was met with such hostility about making a return from online. The product unfortunately came delivered damaged and so I made a return. Upon going to the store, the sales person seemed agitated that I was returning this damaged item, stating that she had to fix it and try to sell it otherwise it was coming out of her paycheck. I am not familiar with the corporate structure at the store but I highly doubt that is the case. In addition she gave me a lecture about buying things from Kirklands online store and how I shouldnât be buying anything from the website when it is a third party seller through Kirkland because then you donât know what you are going to get. The attitude of this associate or perhaps manager, as I see her every-time I go to the store is such a disappointment. Sad to say her hostility has left me to reconsider ever going to this...
   Read moreThis location had something in stock that I wanted that was out of stock online and at our local Kirklands. I called the store in the afternoon to make sure they still had it before I made the 40 minute drive and the lady was super nice. She said they had one left and that she'd hold it at the register until close so I wouldn't make the trip out there for no reason. I went in the evening and asked for it at the register. The lady had such a bad attitude for no reason at all and said there was nothing on hold for me. My husband ran over to the display and found what we came in for. The other lady at the register said that she remembered seeing that box sitting up at the register and someone must've put it back. I wasn't mad and didn't even say anything, mistakes happen and I was just happy it didn't get purchased. But then our cashier looked at the other lady and said "oh well" with an attitude and laughed.
