I ordered 2 mirrors for a bathroom remodel, but only got one in the mail. I called & was told the second one was coming from a different distribution center so it would take a few more days. I waited a few more days, didn't get it, called back & they told me that they have no notes from the previous call, & that they show that 2 mirrors were delivered. I said, no...I only got one mirror & I don't know why they didn't notate my account the last time I called but I need the second mirror. The man asked me if I could send him a picture of the damaged mirror . Um, no sir....the second mirror wasn't damaged, I never got it. He put me on hold for over 20 minutes - so now my total time on the phone is well over 30 minutes, & he comes back to tell me the mirror that I ordered & paid for is no longer available but he will put in a "claim" for a supervisor to refund that one mirror. I told him that that wouldn't work bc I needed 2 matching mirrors for the bathroom. If they couldn't send the missing mirror, I'd have to return the other one as well. He tells me that they will not cover return shipping for the one mirror. Awesome, so I've now got waited 3wks to get the mirrors I bought & paid for, but I'll have to wait for a refund for the one i never got, pay for shipping to return the second one, wait for them to process that & THEN order 2 new...

Kirklands of Orland Park, IL is a fun place to shop. I love Kirklands decor from Thanksgiving thru Christmas. The store is festive brimming with wooden signs, whimsical ornaments, lovely candles & holders with the scent of the season. Accent furniture, lamps, vases, mirrors & clocks are displayed throughout the store in various styles. Should you need wall decor Kirklands has you covered from very large pieces to small in an array of themes. Surely one of my favorite stops after the holidays for huge markdowns on Christmas decor at stock up prices. You must be quick many savvy shoppers are waiting for end of the season deals. The back of Kirklands store holds treasures that are slightly bruised, bent or out of season. You can snag great deals. I found acouple oversized wall hangings that have been overlooked and not sold that were missing a bracket or slightly dented. I saved well over 60 or 70% percent the full price. I wholeheartedly recommend Kirklands for home decor inspiration...

Amazing store for all you need to decorate your home. Kirkland has a 25% coupon given at the store valid till tomorrow April 7, 2019, as well as items with reduced prices. Beautiful flower arrangements and pots. Extremely recommend this place, but put in mind you will need time to spend at the store, because there are so many things to see and go back and forth till you finally decide qhat to buy. This is the place to buy a house warming gift, birthday gifts, decorations and all essentials needed to make your home that much more beautiful. I recommend this...
