Horrible customer service -
To Whom This May Concern,
I just went into your store, Oswego, IL. My Mom had purchased one of the North Face Bionic Jackets online in a size Large. I tried on the jacket, and it was too big. So I decided to bring it into your store to swap it out for a Medium size. Two of your employees stated that it was fine to do so. I approached the cashier, and he asked for my receipt. I did not have my receipt because it was gift. The tags were still on it, and it had never been worn. The employee proceeded to tell me he couldn't accept the return - and was very rude about it. The customers surrounding me were staring at him in disbelief. I shook my head and left. I work in sales, and I know what good customer service is - you would think that this would be something with a good reputation would take care of, but apparently I was wrong. I don't think there is anything Dick's Sporting Goods as a company can do to make this right - but I know a lot of people who shop there and recommended me, and trust me - this won't go over well with other. Read moreI am obviously not happy on this companies return Policy. I have purchased all my Golf Equipment from Dick's previously. I will NOT going forward let alone anything else. I purchased new Golf Wedges from the store. I could not try them at the store because the section was closed at the time. They had the plastic wrap on them anyways. Wedges are all about feel and spin. How can a serious buyer do that without hitting real balls on the club face. I don't like the ones I purchased and am stuck with them because they are used. When I called the MOD said this is a standard which it is not. PGA Superstore has a return policy on Clubs. I will be doing ALL my business with them going forward.

Read moreLast Friday (05/13/22), I stopped at this location after work to shop for new outfits for my vacation. The whole time I was being followed and stared at by a female employee whose name I didn’t catch. She made me feel really uncomfortable and even called another employee to follow me around. I don’t know what made her think that it was a good idea to do so. I don’t know if it was for the color of my skin or what. It’s disappointing that after spending thousands of dollars over years at this location I get treated like a criminal.
