Was so excited to get my Bid Day basket from Katherine Beck. Well, I went with the top of the line so I could “pick” what items I wanted included. I was super disappointed when my DD FaceTimed me to show me her basket and many of the items were ones I had said absolutely to exclude. When DD went back to exchange items she was told she had to wait two weeks to exchange. SO, she goes back two weeks later and was told she would be given a Greek Credit. This credit expires in 3 months - not 12 months like the normal gift cards. You are only allowed to buy Greek items (which - I’m sorry - but why is my money not good enough to buy anything she wants in your store). I get it, College town and I’m sure people try to take advantage - but in this case I feel like the one who was taken advantage of. I called today to see if I could use her Greek Credit over the phone since it expires on Friday. Ofcourse, have to be in person. It is a lovely store. With policies that will help me to...

I purchased earrings for an event a few months back and couldn’t wear because they were damaged! Thinking I would not have to return I kept no receipt! I took back to the store to return and the girl was so rude ! Totally made me feel I had done something to them and then proceeded to tell me I could probably straighten them out ! I really couldn’t believe she said that ! But she tried and of course couldn’t! If that was the case I would have done and wore to the event I got them for !! They do not do returns at all , so forget trying to give something if you don’t know 100 percent that person will like !!!...
