Great store but when it comes about customer service is horrible. Sorry to say I recently went to purchase a bracelets for my partner. Mis. Yuzhen L provided me a really bad customer service. All she cared about was doing the sell, didn’t even let me express what I was looking for. Was rushing out the entire time like trying to do the sell and get me out. I asked few questions in regards a bracelet I have that is missing an stone and is needed to be fix and she didn’t even explained anything and just said “oh that cost money” like I wouldn’t be able to pay it. Ask her for few other type of bracelets I was interest on and all I was getting was “oh that cost money” It got to a point that was aggravating me but I’m a professional person that also deal with people so I know how to keep my self calm. This location is actually great. The people who work here are so kind and caring and even let my dog in the store. I can’t recommend them enough and this location

However, I am leaving one star because I’ve tried contacting David Yurmans customer support and it has been a disaster. I purchased an expensive necklace for my fiance about a year ago. It then broke and had to be repaired. It then broke and then they replaced it. It broke again and now I can’t hear back from customer support and I have no idea what to do. This brand has always been one of my favorites because of the style and quality. I have purchased several pieces for myself and others through the years because of the quality and customer service. Today Kyle Morales at the PGA location punctuated the caliber of David Yurman’s customer service! We had a mishap with a ring I purchased as a gift a little under a year ago. I was devastated and unsure what the outcome would be once I visited the store with the situation. Kyle was amazing! The care, service and support he provided was beyond my expectations!
