This is absolutely the worst experience ever. My fiancé bought an engagement ring from Cartier, and specifically mentioned to the saleswoman, Mary Jane Rogers, that we were leaving the country for two months and asked if resizing would be possible when we returned. She assured us there would be no issue, and that we could come back anytime to resize the ring, as people come even after 6 months to resize. She NEVER mention that ring can not be resized because of the diamonds on the band.
When I returned two months later, I explained that the ring was too big and needed to be resized. As soon as the staff saw the ring, they said, “Oh, that type of ring cannot be resized because it has diamonds all around the band.” I explained that the person who sold it to us assured us it could be resized anytime. They , including the general manager, immediately became more concerned with figuring out who had sold us the ring than actually helping me. Once they realized Mary Jane Rogers had made a mistake, they told me they'd "try to find a solution."
A week later, I went to pick up the ring, but to my shock, it hadn’t been resized at all—they simply added a spacer inside, which looked terrible and didn’t fix the problem. I told them I wasn’t happy, but they said it was all they could do. Worse still, the ring was still too big, and when I returned, they told me I'd now need to pay $1,000 to "remodel" the entire ring! This was their mistake, and I refused to pay.
To make things worse, they even blamed us, claiming we bought the wrong size. The staff, including the manager Jordy, were incredibly rude, dismissive, and seemed to have no basic knowledge about the jewelry they sell. I even contacted customer support, I was trying to reach the corporate , but they were just as unhelpful, telling me I had to resolve the issue with the store where I purchased it.
This experience has been beyond disappointing. Until someone responsible reaches out with a real solution, I will continue to write reviews every single day. At this point, I’m confident that I'd get better customer service buying jewelry at Walmart...

I want to warn everyone considering a purchase at Cartier, especially this location, to be extremely cautious and thoroughly inquire about your rights regarding exchanges and resizing of jewelry. Make sure you request written confirmation, signed by the salesperson, for any assurances they provide.
In my case, my fiance was explicitly told by the sales associate that my engagement ring could be resized at any time. However, when I returned to have the ring resized, I was informed it was impossible due to the diamonds on the band.
It is evident that Cartier's salespeople are more focused on making a sale than providing accurate information about their products. This lack of basic knowledge about what can and cannot be resized is unacceptable for a brand of Cartier's reputation.
The most frustrating part is that no one at Cartier is willing to take responsibility. There is no clear point of contact for resolving issues, and you are left on your own to deal with the aftermath. This has been an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience, and it’s clear that Cartier has little regard for its clients once the sale is made.
To anyone planning to shop at Cartier, please be smart. Verify all information thoroughly, ask detailed questions about your rights, and demand written confirmation for any promises they make. Don’t make the same mistake I did and trust their verbal assurances—it could cost you dearly.
Terrible service for a brand like Cartier. Think twice...
Read moreIf you are buying any jewelry from this Cartier, you need to be very careful, bought my wife a ring on a Friday , it was too big , she put it right back in box and 2 days later she went to exchange it for her correct size . The salesperson barely looked at ring and claimed it was scratched. My wife told her it was too big for her and she never wore it . Told her sorry nothing they could do with a less than a 48 hour old ring . She was shocked ! My wife said it must have been scratched when I bought it , the extremely rude manager manger said no way . Cartier never ever would let a scratch item leave their store . She said people are human could have happened . He would not help at all . She asked if there was someone else should could speak to , he said no . She asked for corporates phone number and instead of giving her a card he just blurted it out . She was made to feel like she was trying to scam them when all she wanted was her size in the less than 2 day old $4,500.00 ring . She has bought Cartier before in New York and Vegas and has very good experience. She could not believe the horrible way she was treated and spoken to by the manager and the person was of no help as well. Do not go to this location ! Go to Boca ! Also beware of those...
