Today I was very dissatisfied. I have purchased items from a Love Shack Fancy Store before and I have always received fantastic customer service. The woman that checked me out is under the name “elacono” on the receipt. As I was walking out of the store I heard her say to her coworker, “oh my gosh, she took so long in here”. While visiting from Chicago I entered this cute boutique for the first time! The girls were so welcoming and gave me a tour of the store while telling me their story. They delivered the most amazing customer service - no other store in the Royal Poinciana Plaza compared.
