Arthur Lak destroyed my hair and refused to take responsibility. I was a few minutes late and offered to postpone my appointment. He assured me he could fit me in. I was hesitant. I have fine blonde hair and he left me unattended with bleach while servicing another client for over thirty five minutes. Because Arthur only works 3 days a week and is in town every other 2 weeks, when I called immediately after to let him know that he fried my hair, he was already long gone!!! He did not apologize. He did not offer for me to see a co-worker. He did not offer any advice. I went back upon his return to Florida armed with pictures taken two days before he last touched my hair. There was NO breakage, no damage to my hairline and he proceeded to tell me that maybe the light of the picture concealed it or it was because I was losing my hair or maybe I was Gray. I'm showing him pictures of literally two days before he destroyed my hair. Pictures don't lie yet he refused to take responsibility. In addition, after 2 services totaling more than $1400 (w tips) i do not believe that this salon is using top quality products. He literally sprayed It's A 10 keratin that I can get at a drug store. The salon has no extensive line of products, nor do I believe that I was given proper glossing treatments. I went in for the first time with Arthur and I had regrown my hair over the course of 1 year, receiving only treatments and small cuts. My hair was virgin like. He had a lot to work with. When I showed him pictures of my hair, prior to receiving what would be a chemical cut, he refused too acknowledge them. My suggestion... go...

I recently went to the Paul Lebrecque Salon and Spa in Palm Beach for their signature lemon grass deep conditioning hair treatment. My hair is an amazing blonde( thanks to Paul himself who instantly gave me the most amazing cut and color of my life) but swimming everyday and the Florida sun left my hair in need of some attention. Andrew gave me the most amazing head massage and the magic potion went to work. I can honestly say I'm thrilled with the results! My hair is back and better than ever! I'll be back for that treatment along with any other beauty related...
