Incredibly disappointed by my experience here in Palm Beach!! For prices and design such as Zimmerman, you expect quality customer service. The entire time I was in the store, it felt like I had to beg for attention and assistance. If I was any manager, I would be horrified to see the quality of care that is not being attended to. I have never had a more unwelcoming experience at a Zimmerman location...I had to ask for assistance, they then requested me to pull the dresses that I would like to try off of the floor racks, and upon noting that they did not have my size, the attendant said "that's fine, those will fit". They did not fit. And I basically had to beg them to check if another location had my size. What has customer service come to? They did not once check in on me while I was in the dressing room trying on five different dresses. What a horrendous experience. What has customer...

Love Zimmermann clothes! The Palm Beach store is spacious and they always have the newest collection ready. Jenny and Sarah are so sweet and helpful. Much better store than Bal Harbor...
