Victoria's Secret — Local services in Palm Desert

Not sure if it is just this VS, or all of them but there is not much selection for large women here. There are many options available online and in their app, but not in store here. I didn't get anything that was on sale, but even then the prices were not as high as I thought they were going to be. The quality is always top notch, and the selection of different styles and colors was pretty good. If you or your woman is size XL or larger, in-store shopping is not be your best option. Good for comparing styles and seeing them first hand, but just buy the larger stuff online. The store was clean, well organized, well stocked, and the staff were all quite friendly...

This is a heads up review to corporate. I have been buying your Lacy underwear for 20 years. I’m about to switch brands. I have 10 year old lacy underwear that don’t look anywhere near as beat up as brand new underwear. Which means you are now not making them to last anymore. Well I’m not overpaying for the name. Unfriendly and not very helpful staff. Like most Victoria's Secret's if you are not a 34C they likely will not have your size in stock. The store was in disarray, and none of the staff were working to fix that. I noticed 5 staff members all standing and chatting together at the front while there was 1 person working the register all the way in the back. It took us more than 45 minutes to even pay for our purchase. If I hadn't been there with my niece to get her sized and for her to make her purchase I would have gone elsewhere.
