If your A/C goes out, and it will(more than once every summer), you will go days without it in 110° weather. They say, it's unimportant (non-emergency). When moving out, do walk through with them or they will charge you for their own damage( broken refrigerator parts they give you that way, improper outlet hookups their maintenance guys do, and anything they can since you weren't there to disapprove). "CROOKS!".LAZY office staff, incapable staff all together. Maintenance guys come in without you opening the door. They just knock & open. Be careful. Much more...... Don't rent here. Bigger, nicer places for the same rent. Also, this place is right next to a very bad neighborhood. Owners, untrustworthy! Owners boyfriend was using master keys to get into apts. and steal(he worked here). She(owner) then used my debit card 2016 & 2017 where she lives to get nails done, have dinner, and more... On two occasions they did this. Now, my credit report is showing attempts for loans(credit checks for things I didn't make), I am REPORTING all this to the police today and whoever else I need to. She(they) will be the ones I give them info on. The cops did come and arrest b/f when he got video taped stealing from the apartments. They are now using my social to try and get loans. What the hell!!! Check out other apartments, you will find bigger, better, closer to town for the same prices. Most importantly, the a/c will work in the summers and no one will steal from you that works there. Sad when the owners steal from tenants. Bank of America called me with attempted loan using my information(9-7-18), They have started a fraud investigation, I have also filed other reports such as Identity Theft. It's all under investigation now. SICKENING! Don't rent here. They don’t consider anything wear and tear any little scruff on the wall. Dirt spot mark that they even left themselves. They will charge you for it after living there for four years there’s going to be wear and tear but they don’t even want to repaint they want you to literally scrub all the walls. It is silly not the way other apartments work they repaint after someone moves out and wear and tear is always a thing. I have never been charged for anything upon moving out at several apartments. This one tried to keep all my money for their mess ups! They are disgusting, and the lady in the office she is useless, and hardly ever in the office when she should be, and forbid, she have to come out of the office to do something because she will not and the owners pure greed. Department I live in now is much much much bigger and has a private balcony and the rent is less so please look around and do not rent here you will be sorry

Wish I could give no stars! Our ac went out and landlord said it would be better if we told them in advance about the problem like we can predict when our ac will go out. Instead of having someone come fix our ac she tells us she will have a worker do it in the morning, let’s keep in mind it’s summer and it’s 90 in our unit and 100 outside. Instead of having a 23/7 AC company come fix it. we have a 2yr old 2 dogs and my girlfriend is 4 months pregnant. We don’t move because we cant afford it. So before you try and look to move in DONT! I pray others don’t have to deal with this. I also hope who ever owns these apartments do something before it ends up turning into a lawsuit from any tenants if not all. Only god knows what others here in our complex are dealing with. Also this filter has never been changed by them. And I was told by someone that it looks like this hasn’t been changed in years. We’ve lived here almost 4yrs now. YOUR TENANTS MATTER! I had submitted and paid the application fee for these apartments back in June and received an email stating they could not get a hold of my current landlord. Since then I had been calling them to update the email but I was not able to get a hold of anyone. I had attempted calling for about 4 days but the phone would just continue to ring, eventually I did leave a voicemail but never got a call back. Later, I noticed they took off the listing and re-added it and the price was increased. I then processed to email regarding the same unit since I was still interested but no reply back. Very unprofessional! I am attempting to relocate to be closer to my job at the hospital and assumed these apartments would be great, but apparently no one is ever...
