I’m really disappointed that I have to write this review.
Let me start by saying that the flower arrangement was beautiful— unique and colorful just as I was hoping. Unfortunately, the charge on my credit card was WAY higher than the agreed upon amount when I placed the order over the phone and I have been unable to secure an itemized receipt as requested multiple times by phone and email.
The budget I gave was $120 and assumed a bit more for taxes and delivery if not covered within the stated budget. The charge to my credit card was $191. I’m not sure how we would have gotten to that amount and as I mentioned have not been able to secure a receipt. At this point I would expect a mistake to be corrected and certainly an acknowledgment of the delay producing a receipt but have not heard back from the business (I called for the final time last week, was told I would hear by Monday and it is now Thursday). Happy to update the review if the business fixes it’s mistake for an overcharge and/or is able to send a receipt and explain the mistake.
UPDATE: I just called and Gregory (I’m assuming the owner/manager) is busy and unable to speak with me. I’ve been told getting a receipt would “take awhile” because the bookkeeper is out. I plan to dispute on my credit card....
Read moreThis man is so rude and won't call back or email back for many months ata time. He bailed on our wedding 50 days before. I warn future brides to beware of this flaky man's business. He literally said "I don't want to do your wedding" and lied and said that I changed "everything" when nothing was changed.
As you can see from the employers response, he is an immature old man, arrogant, non helpful, business owner who loses all customers and doesn't know how to apologize. When he cussed me out on the phone, he obviously was having a bad day, but instead of apologizing or explaining he was having a hard day or whatever was clearly going wrong for him, he hung up on me as well as my extremely sweet, polite mother-in-law.
Additionally, I did NOT geta 50% discount, I got a waived delivery fee (since the family member was bringing it, and a couple hundred off a few THOUSAND dollars order, and never received one single flower. Additionally, the wedding moved 5 hours CLOSER, not further haha so this guy is a...
Read moreI'm a florist so I'm very picky about the flowers I send to family. I chose My Little Flower Shop because they had unique arrangements that weren't dictated by a wire service catalog. I wanted to send flowers to my grandmother who has been very lonely these last few months and I thought a bouquet would brighten her day.
The service when I called was exceptional. Great recommendations and truly enjoyed the "flower talk." The phone call I received from my grandmother was so powerful, she was in tears of joy. She said that a gentleman delivered the most beautiful cloud of flowers with a burst of color in the center, all calla lilies. She was overwhelmed with the flowers and every detail, down to the vase.
Thank you so much for what you did for my grandmother. You made her day/week/month/year! I will always use you guys to send love and cheer to my grandmother and I can't recommend enough the uniqueness and customer service that you provided!!!
