A truly delectable meal with phenomenal service and heavenly desserts. We had dinner here last night for my wife's birthday, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. I would like to give my utmost thanks to the entire staff for making her evening so special. Well done Steakhouse team. You are definitely some of the brightest shining stars in the desert skies. Now for what matters. Our meal started out with some enticing starters including Lamb Chops glazed in a Pomegranate Balsamic reduction, Crab cakes topped with Mustard Beurre Blanc & Lemon Pepper Remoulade, and my personal favorite chilled Fresh Baja Pacific Oysters on the half shell accompanied by Raw Horseradish, a Tasty Mignonette, and Cocktail Sauce. As we savored these apps, we also had some Caesar salad's and a bit of bread from their house baskets. Our meal included the following: Atlantic Salmon on Yukon Gold Whipped Potatoes, Asparagus, and a butter balsamic sauce. A mid rare Petite filet with Bernaise , A mid rare Ribeye crusted with a bleu cheese topping, and the monster Bone In Tomahawk Rib Eye cooked to a perfect mid rare. The steaks were all dropped with a couple of sides of Lobster Mashed potatoes which simply stated are out of this world. As we wrapped up dinner, the dessert cart came rolling out and the girls decided on this astounding fresh berry trifle concoction served in a pecan praline waffle style cup. We heard a rumor that the berries were possibly picked by the Chef's wife this mornong in his own personal garden. Who knows? The server also brought a special birthday dessert out for my lovely lady. Once again, Thank you to everyone at the Steakhouse. Chef Kieran, thank you for your hospitality, and stopping to say hello amidst the Saturday night restaurant chaos. Your team is truly on point. We will be...

Food is good, however the service tonight we had was bad. Our service man was really rude when we told him he put the wrong order at our separate bill. When we told him that he put the wrong order, he insist that we changed our spot to make fun to him. He said the order was correct, because we changed our spot caused he print the bill wrong. We never changed our spot after we ordered food! Why we change the spot?! Because we want to make fun with our server? For the whole process, the service man never say sorry and with the bad attitude to us. He said you know if I went to change the order it would take me a long time and that burned me now! We were shocked by this service attitude! As the Asian clients we think this attitude was racism. The manager should give more training for their service man. But the food is...

Woof! Okay, looked at the reviews, great! decided to give it a shot…disappointing (understatement). Service was good, Pearl was amazing, food on the other hand (the reason you go to a restaurant?), yikes, mediocre…at best. Starting with the obvious, the steak (Ribeye, $88) was over cooked (waiter did ask, but I wasn’t willing to deal with it). Oysters Rockefeller, big and bland; unbelievably bland (ate 2 of 6). Side of Brussels, also bland, how do you make brussels bland? New achievement. Walking out, greeted by the mgr, told him exactly what I wrote in this review, (face looked like he didn’t know what to do, so he didn’t, womp womp) He shook my hand and greeted me good night, that was it…gee thanks? (To be fair, the mgr acknowledged me for the feed back, and I wasn’t mad, shrugged my shoulders and...

The Steakhouse at Agua Caliente in Palm Springs is a pleasant surprise! The quality of the food is excellent, so is the atmosphere. Every detail is well thought out: led back-lit menus, ice cubes in my iced tea were made out of iced tea, etc. We started off with the Lobster Bisque. Highly recommend. Touch of sherry, as it should be. Caesar salad was excellent with fresh parmesan shavings. And the desserts are to die for. Must return to try them all. We ordered the lava cake (takes 15-20 min) and praline cup with berries & zabaglione cream. Delicious. Everything freshly made!!! TIPS: They have a special: soup or salad & Filet Mignon for $36 between 5-6pm (see pic of menu at bottom for details). Electric vehicle owners: 8 ChargePoint stations on each level of parking structure - charge while you dine!

Five of us had dinner at the Steakhouse while enjoying an evening at the casino. Started with the lobster bisque and some drinks. All were good. We also had the crab cakes and they were ok. I had the prime rib with bacon and cheddar mashed potatoes. The prime rib was good but the potatoes were better. My wife had the filet and lobster and she enjoyed it. My sister in law had the scallops and they were just ok. My sons had ribeye and filet mignon and they enjoyed them. Finally we had the lava cake and a praline fruit cup with custard that was very good. The bowl the custard and fruit were in was made of pralines. I would give it 4.5, but I can’t so 4 will have to do. It’s definitely worth dining there if you are at the casino. The server was very good as well.
