I recently hired Kristina to lead two mornings of yoga and sound baths at a wellness retreat I hosted in Rancho Mirage for women lawyers and cannot say enough how pleasant the experience was. My attendees raved about the sound bath, thought the flow of the yoga was both challenging enough but not too challenging for beginners, and we absolutely loved the experience. I recently had the pleasure of attending a sound bath session with a Kristina Welch , and I must say it was an incredibly transformative experience. The sound bath itself was so soothing and calming, and the healer's use of various instruments and techniques was truly masterful.

What impressed me most about this healer was their ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for the me and my business partner.She took the time to explain each step of the process, and made sure everyone was comfortable and at ease throughout the entire session.
