francesca's — Local services in Palmetto Bay

This was my first time at this Francesca’s location , it was an amazing experience as always. I was browsing and one of the staff , Noel, approached me and asked me how I was and what I was shopping for. I told him that I had a vacation coming up and he helped me look for some outfits for it. I appreciated that he helped me look for some outfits that I had in my mind and also made other suggestions that I ended up loving. The store was super clean when I was there also. I will be coming back...

This is literally my favorite store to shop at, Noel the store manager is the nicest person ever amazing customer service the girls that work there Mia, Nicole ,Caro are very nice and helpful and always go out of there way to help me I always end up walking out with something Phenomenal customer service never had a problem here, store is also beautiful and well kept all the time and you can tell the effort that is put in this store very satisfied, they have so much to offer !...

I live this store. I have ordered/bought many things over the years. I have ordered online, done in store pick up, and shopped in store. The sales associates are always pleasant and knowledgeable. I called today (I did an online order for in store pick up) and inquired about when the item would be in store. The sales associate told me they were still waiting for the item. She then called me back to with more info. 10/10...
