Worst customer service ever I went there and wanted to buy a piece of equipment and they gave me wrong information about it. It was supposed to be that guys Department and he did not know anything. He told me they did not have it in stock, he told me I would have to order it and it would take two weeks for it to arrive. He seemed like he was in a hurry and did not have time to sell it to me. I came back later to place the order and I asked another guy to help me order the equipment, but he was rude and did not want to help me because he was busy organizing shoes, I finally told him that I wanted to buy a piece of equipment and I told him that someone told me earlier that I needed to order it, but he said that I didn't have to because they already had some in the back. So he went to get the equipment from the back and didn't even bother to tell me that he had done. So I waited for him for a while and wondered what was going on, so I walked around the store and finally found him and I asked him what had happened because he never came back, and he said that he had already put the box at the front. It was a very bad experience for me, they wasted my time in...

Was looking for a women's mountain bike and someone with some knowledge to help be find the right fit. There was no one back in the bike area when i initially got there after looking around. I had to go all the way back to the front and ask someone at the check out to have someone help me with the bikes. The person who showed up had to have been around 16 or 17 years old. He had absolutely no knowledge of bikes whatsoever ever. Even simple things like how the bike is supposed to fit on someone was foreign knowledge to him. He then disappeared again after saying he was going to be in the area. After looking around for him i went back up the front and another man, who had much more knowledge helped me out. And after all that, they did not have the bike that fit me. In fact, there did not have any women's mountain bikes in a size xs. Why is it that they don't accommodate women's small sizes? These two above and beyond. Now...moving along. I made several big purchases at this location and Im fully aware of their rewards program. I turn them down every single time.

I have my reasons. One cashier decides to badger me to join the rewards program. To the point that my "NO" personally offended him.

I brought it up to a cashier the following day, this young lady brushed me off. Didn't even offer that I speak with a Manger to simply advise the young man, to "chill out" that's it.

So I will take my future 1k purchases (I'm building a home gym) to Amazon. No contact with disgruntled employees.
