please do not shop here !!

i work in this mall and i ALWAYS shop at this ABC Store. they accused me of trying to steal an $8 bottle of Advil. then two associates (Armelie and some other girl with glasses) both began yelling at me and saying “if you need a job that bad we’re hiring” then they both continuously yelled at me to leave the store in front of all the customers. the store manager, Chevis stood there and watched the whole thing. when i asked for his name and store number he told me and then when i asked for HR number he refused to give it to me and told me to get out of the store. i’ve already reported this store for discrimination. super disappointed. if your employees can’t learn to speak to people with respect then maybe they shouldn’t be working in customer service. the WORST experience i’ve had at one of...

Clean well stocked store but the manager that was on duty during the afternoon shift of 6/29/24 was very rude and professional. A simple pricing misunderstanding turned into a shouting and match of her trying to prove her point that two differently styled $5.99 keychains were full price when cleary the sign read 2 for $7. When I voiced my opinion that the signage is misleading and should state no mix & matching she got irate and proceeded to argue it wasn't and sent for security. Needless to say I was appalled, embarrassed & frighten by her aggressive tone.
