First and foremost, I want to thank the amazing staff at the Ariat Flagship store for making my special weekend so memorable. My significant other and I both customized and stamped our boots—two beautiful pairs purchased on a day that meant so much to us. ❤️ A lovely woman upstairs guided us through the stamping process. She patiently listened to our vision and helped bring it to life. It was such a fun and unique experience! Once our boots were finished, we took them downstairs to be shipped to our out-of-state address. Here’s where things took a turn… While the boots arrived in great condition, one of my personalized, stamped boots was missing. Instead, I received a different boot—same style, but not stamped. After looking into it, I discovered the associate who originally helped me had accidentally boxed up the wrong size boot. It then got customized upstairs without anyone noticing the mismatch. I immediately contacted the Ariat Flagship store and spoke with the assistant manager. At first, he seemed eager to help. He promised to send a return label so I could ship back the incorrect boot and receive the correct, stamped one. He also mentioned including a 40% off coupon for the inconvenience. However, despite following up via text and phone calls, I never received the return label or the coupon. Out of desperation, I reached out to the wonderful woman who helped with our boot stamping(we exchanged numbers)—though she had nothing to do with the mix-up—just hoping someone might assist. Sadly, she wasn’t at work that day. I then contacted Ariat’s customer service through their website, but they told me to call the store—something I had already done multiple times with no resolution. I’m incredibly disappointed with how this situation has been handled, especially coming from the flagship store. I paid over $220 for a custom-stamped boot, and I’m now stuck with a mismatched, unstamped one I didn’t order. If anyone from Ariat sees this and can help resolve the issue, I would deeply appreciate it. I just want the personalized boot I...
Read moreThis is a tricky review for me to write. I almost had a perfect experience at Ariat. One of my main goals on my vacation was to get a hat made are the Ariat store. When I went in they were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and I got fitted and customized a hat to my vision. I left the plans with the associate and said I would come back later. When I returned in the evening I saw that hat and couldn’t be happier, it was exactly what I wanted and he added extra detail that was a surprise but was exactly what I envisioned, it’s like he read my mind. My only issue is that he made some strange decision to size down the hat on me after we had already tried on a bunch of hats. It was notably tight when I tried on the complete hat and he tried to stretch it. Embarrassed I accepted the hat because he clearly put a lot of care and pride into it but it’s so tight it’s almost unwearable. The whole reason I was getting a new hat is because my last one was too tight and now I’m in the exact same position. I can wear it for short periods but it eventually gives me a headache. It’s a shame because the hat looks perfect otherwise. Due to the price I paid I debated going a bit lower on stars but this guy was so great I guess he gets some points. I hope he continues to do great things and I would still recommend going and seeing...
Read moreI'm a cowboy, and I appreciate the quality Ariat provides. When I heard there was an official Ariat store in Vegas, you know I had to go. There is nothing better than the smell of boots and belts unless it's a stock show or rodeo. When you walk in, there are Ariat boots along the wall. My purpose of going was new boots. Their inventory is great, and the prices are comparable, if not the same, of off Strip stores. I just knew that the prices would be jacked up. Melissa was awesome helping me out. I showed her the boots I wanted, and she had them brought up. She was very friendly, very helpful, and great customer service. My wife found a purse that she had to have, and they were nice enough to get it ready so she could transfer her stuff over. They took her old purse and were going to donate it. Clothing. My wife went upstairs and found some beautiful button-up shirts. In conclusion, I'm a big Ariat fan. Cavendars is good, but tbh, I'm not a Wrangler fan, so being able to shop for exactly the brand I want without having to search through brands im not particularly fond of. I also appreciate the service I received while shopping, not only from Melissa but from all of the...
