Went in on a Sunday and got two battery cases for phones and in less than 24 hours one was broken and wouldn’t charge the phone. The salesman was nice but provided incorrect information on the capabilities of the cases. Went back the next day (Monday) and they weren’t even open. Hard to believe with just a few days before Christmas. Tried to call and just got voicemail and no call back. Called on Tuesday following the purchase and still no one answered the phone, but this time it did t go straight to voicemail so I figured they were open. Did get a call back this time and was told that the store was open. I told the person on the phone that I would be at the store in a few minutes (I had just parked). Got to the store about 4 minutes later and the doors were locked and nobody was inside. Waited 15 minutes thinking maybe they went to the bathroom and called again. This time, no answer. By the time I had waited over 30 minutes, there still wasn’t anybody in the store, calls weren’t being answered and the voicemail was full. How can a business in a mall just days before Christmas be open but nobody inside to manage the store or sell merchandise? Especially when there is a sign on the door that says ‘Be Back Soon’. Maybe they just have a weird definition of soon.

This store has a F credit rating on the BBB website and it is clear to me why. I got, GOT at this place. The massage chairs they sell here can be bought on Amazon for 3 x's less their sales price. I regret walking in here. I was going to put the purchase on my amex card and sales person Edy kept enticing that i should open an acct with Symphony instead because they give zero interest for a year. I know realize he insisted because Amex would of never kept the charge on. They never delivered what I purchased and left me with thousands on my bill. I let me ancestors take care of them.

Beware and stay away. PREDATORY sales tactics that take advantage of elderly and disabled alike. My uncle, who obviously has deficits from a stroke was coerced into spending over $500 on cheap Chinese headphones then talked him into purchasing another $200+ on charging cords - oh all sales are final. I beg of you to stay away and I have already reported to the BBB and Disabled Crisis centers for abuse.

I bought a projector from this store on a recent trip to Las Vegas and after I arrived home I tried it and discovered that it was not for me and was cumbersome to use. I called the store and spoke to the employee who sold the projector to me and told him I wanted to return it and offered to send it back in the mail in order to have the return done in less than 2 weeks from the date of purchase to be compliant with the store policy, he told me that I can wait until I return to Las Vegas 4 months later and he will give me store credit so I can buy other items instead. In addition to the projector I also bought a total of 9 headsets( ear phones) and after trying them by me and many family members we all concluded that the clarity of the sound was suboptimal and inferior to even the first version of the Apple airpods. I returned to Las Vegas and came to the store and talked to the employee present on that day and explained to him what happened and he told me to bring the items and he will give me store credit. The next day I brought the projector and one of the headsets to the store and there was him, the store manager and another employee and the manager and the other employee told me that they will not return or exchange what I bought and also told me that the employee who sold me those items was away and later on they said he was no longer working there. in conclusion: The store employees are inconsistent, clearly lie to costumers and they have a deceptive style in making you think you are buying a great product and that you are dealing with honorable people. In reality, it is simply the opposite; they are consistent in being dishonest and I would strongly recommend against going in the store and buying...

I went here for my Birthday last week of August 22nd with my boyfriend and family. Originally, all I wanted was just two phone cases and two screen protectors for our phones. And we were getting them, until the Manager pulled us away, abandoning our phones on their countertops (basically withholding our devices since they were giving us examples of cases), and stated he could show us a “deal.” As he was, he was stuffing two headphones inside our bags, guilting us into writing a good review and “price matching” the headphones to Amazon only to find out they were the same price. Not just that, but I also find out that we were lied to about the price of the Phone Cases as the gentlemen had said they were “85” each alongside the 15 for our screen protectors. So we should have been originally charged 190. We were not. We were charged 235 for the 2 phone cases and the Manager guilted and peer pressured us into giving him more money by stuffing those two headphones inside our bags and begging a good review. They were also hiding their monitors so we couldn’t see how much we were being charged and the “No refund” sign is barely visible. You should have price matched those headphones on Ebay buddy, 120 for them lol. Definitely a huge scam, manipulative, and greedy individual business. It’s unfortunate that they used my kindness on my Birthday too :/ Hopefully I can acquire some money back by...
