We had purchased them in August of 2020 and my wife was not happy with the color as they seemed too dark. Cici went out of her way too completely satisfy my wife. See took her calls in the evening and even on her days off and treated my wife with complete dignity and respect. Wanted to try the pink lotus watch in the Harry Winston Premier collection. Very disappointed to see that the color of the flower petals look drastically different from the stock photo on their official website. The red petals online looked orange in person. The sales informed me it’s an individual variation, meaning that this is a one-off scenario where only this particular watch’s color is off. However, I went to another Harry Winston store later on and saw another pink lotus watch also orange. This time I was told that the orange color is the true color of the watch, regardless of how many more I see. I’m very disappointed by how far the stock photo is from representing the actual color...
