Macy's at Fashion Show in Las Vegas is the place to shop to get the look you want with great price options and you can scan / pay with your phone and leave without waiting in line and a register. This Macy's has fashion you will not see in most other Macy's stores. They know the Las Vegas styles and carry items specific to this location. During my visit to this store I had plenty of time to enjoy the views of their designer clothing while my shopping ladies shopped (Men's has its own store in the mall). This store is very clean, with shoes, dresses, cosmetics, jewelry and the Macy's Market on the 1st floor. The Macy's Market has its own unique fashion and gives you the feeling you are shopping in small boutique while in their large store. The sales person explained the items in the Market rotate in and out more quickly than clothing located throughout the store. Very different, definitely worth checking out. The 2nd Floor has the rest of ladies wear. Kids fashion is also located on this floor and has some fun colorful clothing with style. Restrooms are on the 2nd floor, very clean, and have a seating area with phone charging stations near by. I also learned that I don't have to wait and pay at a register anymore. All I needed to do, throughout the entire store, is to open the Macy's app on my phone, scan the sales tag and I immediately pay for it using the credit card assigned to Macy's account. If your item has a security tag you need to have a sales associate remove it before walking out of the store; they will give you a bag to put you clothing in also...very simple and fast. If you are looking to shop the best styles using the latest technology to speed up your shopping experience, go to the Fashion Show Macy's.

My review will cover my experience in the store and also my Online order. Service was good at the shoes department. There was a particular lady offering great customer service. I forgot her name but gave feedback to her manager. I went looking for tennis shoes. I found a pair of nikie interlock 75 but they didn’t have them in 7.5. Next to the shoes racks there is a concesión ??? Called finish line where they sell all the sport shoes. So at this point I don’t understand who was selling the shoes: Macys or finish line? The attendants assisted me opening a Macys American Express card and also placing the order of my nikie shoes available on line in the size 7.5. I paid $80 plus tax. Next day I realized Nordstrom had the same shoes for $64 plus tax. I contacted Macys using online chat to request price match which was denied because I needed to request it the day before when I placed the order online with Macys. With that answered and no much help for me as a customer, I went straight to Nordstrom and I purchased the same shoes with a nice saving of $16. Where is the customer service here making decisions? They assumed the cost of the shipping and the pair of shoes went to their shelf. Conclusion: no sell, extra cost on shipping. Not the service I was looking for. Besides this experience, the store has a nice selection in clothes, shoes, makeup , fragrance, etc.

Being a Las Vegas resident, we try and avoid the strip as much as possible and do most of our shopping elsewhere. Even though the Fashion Mall is the largest and most pleasant mall in Las Vegas, it's always been our belief that it tends to be, shall we say, slightly overpriced for the sake of tourism. It's also almost always overcrowded and difficult to find convenient parking. Because of the pandemic, we thought, why not do some window shopping here. The first store we entered was Macy's. Having been to the Macy's in Henderson and Summerlin countless times, we weren't expecting much of a difference except for the prices, were we wrong. This store (actually both stores, men's and women's) are much larger than what we're familiar with. As a result, the merchandise is distinctly different and more fashionable than the other local Macy's. We could immediately see the difference in fashion, maybe to attract the tourism trade. Still, the prices and sale items were similar to the other Las Vegas and Henderson locations we shop. Hopefully, this isn't just a result of the pandemic. When we shop at Macy's, it will be these two stores on the strip. RECOMMENDED: Yes SERVICE: Good PRICE: $$$ COVID: Practices pandemic regulations. PARKING: Convenient REASON/INTENT: Shopping

I buy online from Macy's all the time because they do not have my size pants and shirts in the store. I spend on average $500 plus per month buying my wife's and my clothes, shoes, belts, etc. from Macy's. Today was the first time I got treated like a sub class citizen when I walked in the store. The middle aged foreign lady in the women's shoe department was extremely rude in her demeanor and actions. I stood in line to return three items, one of which was women's sandals. The customer service representative was working on the right side of the counter so I sat my items on the left side of the counter and stood in line for my turn. She had to move to the left side of the counter to take payment from the customer in front of me and she pushed my two boxes of shoes and one pair of women's jeans off to the side like it upset her and then told me to go to the men's shoe department for assistance. I told her the was a pair of women's sandals in one of the boxes and I got the look of daggers from her. After she finished with the customer in front of me, she said she had to go to the back and she never returned. Fortunately, after waiting an additional five minutes, 10 minutes in total, a nice man processed my three returns in less than one minute. Now was that so hard? Did I deserve all that bad attitude and negative energy? The answers are absolutely No and No. I can not believe this lady works for Macy's which I traditionally love their customer service. They have a bad apple on their team and I hope she does not represent the customer service I should expect to receive upon...

I came to the mall yesterday afternoon to purchase a ring for my girlfriend and had originally gone to the Pandora store but they did not have the ring I needed in the right size, so the lady pointed told me about the Pandora booth inside of this Macy's. I went over to see if they had the ring I needed in the correct size. When I got there right when I came up to the counter both workers just looked at me in a very rude manner before I asked for help finding a ring. I showed them the ring I needed and they quickly found it, however the employee that was helping me was loudly complaining about me asking her to find me a ring the entire time. I have worked in customer service for a while and I know that complaining in front of a guest is never okay especially when they have not been rude to you. When we went over to the check out I asked her if they had any gift boxes or gift wrapping and she said I could get a gift box for $5. When she went to put my ring in the gift box the whole time she was doing it standing just a few feet away from me she kept saying "Oh my god this is so annoying", loudly sighing, and complaining to who I believe was her manager. I paid and left but I was absolutely appalled at the horrible customer service I was given and I would recommend people avoid the Pandora booth. It is necessary to note that employees at all other parts of the store were very kind and professional unlike those at the...
